i noticed a little bit of increase on acceleration with the headers, their only good for about 5 hp but they make the car sound really mean, and if you run 2.5 inch pipe all the way back like i did, then you get a real deep subaru rumble, ill post up a pic of my whole exhaust so you can see whats done, ran me about 900 for all of it

is that a jdm rain gaurd i see on ur window.... where did u get that, ive been looking everywhere for that. and the headers, i got em off ebay for like 150 bucks. their not real borlas but their just as good without the huge price. i think their made by speedyracer. but their not hard to find on ebay and mine were brand new never used

Ya I got there a little after 10 the only thing there was a v6 mustang with the stupidest body kit I've seen. I was kinda hopin he would follow me out so I could race him. Lol. I pick those cars out of my grill.

wrecked is ands understatment, haha, i t-boned an 07 envoy. damages, the envoy: all 6 airbags went off, insurance totaled it out lol. my car: front bumper demolished, got a junk yard one, both headlight brackets snaped, right now i have bolts wedged underneath them to align them as best as i could, new ones should be here tomorrow or thursday, hood got tweeked a bit and the frame needs to be pulled. lol, still looks good tho

ok i know u get a lot of pms about the forum you posted performance info and more for noobs, but i have a question that wasnt answered in that forum or any forum for that matter cause i have a rare subi and you seem to know a lot more than i do. look at my public pics. i have a 99 legacy outback limited 30th aniversary, 5 speed. bg as im sure you know. i picked it up for 3200, and from what ive heard from subi fanatics, i stole it. so you talk about the bd mods in your forum, and im sure bg mods would be relativly that same (motor, tranny, brakes, and suspension), but is there anything different about my car than a bd(besides wagon/sedan), i know i have interior options that some people have never heard of lol, but performance wise, is there any difference?

oh and btw, i have found a bunch of stuff for our cars just by goin to google and typing "subaru legacy performance" or "legacy performance". not as much as i would like but enough to get me started. its hard for us 96-99s to find stuff without doing a motor swap, but i heard that 99 impreza rs motors are identical to ours, look into it.

i have the borla headers on mine. 2 high flow catco cats, and upgrade 2.5 inch pipe with a magnaflow muffler(also an intake). and let me say, minus the turbo spool sound, it definatly sounds like a very pissed off sti haha
