got ya covered
When I added the Hogzaust I started to add the other ones in this thread, then realized it would just make for repeats. Wouldn't be opposed to it, though...consolodation
Thanks. I may go hogzaust just temproarily for fun, but after hearing these, when I do decide on a CBE, from the different sounds and looks, I'm leaning towards perrin mid and y/prodrive cans, or Borla. I want quiet and the most stock looking I can get.
No doubt I will keep referring to this post before said decision is made.

No hogzaust love?
Awesome thread, though. I'd say add as many as possible to the first post and then sticky it.

Fishbone, if you do actually go through with this, you'll have to come up here so I can hear it.
Also, so I can make fun of you for ghetto-rigging your exhaust.
That's okay. I might do it just to try it out too until I get a real exhaust. We'll see how yours is first.

This whole thread has been hilarious. Though I prefer the quiet stock sound (I already have a loud car in my 450hp '72 Monte Carlo), I may just hogzaust my Legacy before I pull up to the local cruise-ins next spring. My only problem is I need to find someone to drive one car or the other, or I can teach my wife to drive the Legacy, since she is scared of the Monte.
What's next? Perhaps there is a market for hogzaust stickers like the stickers provided with other aftermarket parts. But then again, it may cost more for a sticker than the actual modification.
Has anyone tried a dyno comparison?

Okay, who was it? Who recently hogzausted their car and a short time after that got rear-ended?
I'll tell you how I know once you come forward.
