  1. You are gonna love the T1R's... they just stick all summer long!

Never heard of Fastrack... do you use them for all your service?

Fastrack is the BOMB, and yes I use them for everything! I never go to a Subaru dealer anymore! They are very, very competent mechanics and do a ton of Subaru work! Look them up on NASIOC or on here and you should find a ton of good feedback!

Every time I am over there at Fastrack (located in Peabody) there is at least one or two Legacies, WRXs or STi in the shop or in the lot!

Scott is the Co-Owner and he is a suspension specialist, he has installed 90% of all of my suspension pieces and he does an excellent job with the installs and alignments!

Both Scott and the other owner (I forget his name right now) are very hands-on guys and they are always involved with the jobs being done. Plus, they are both into racing and that translates well into their work, especially in the world of modified Subarus and other car manufacturers...

All of their mechanics/techs are very competent and thorough! They do all types of subaru (and other foreign/domestic) service, from compression testing (ask unclemat) to clutch installs, bearing replacements, and even basic maintenance! They have very competitive pricing, nice waiting rooms and even a loaner car! They are always busy, which is a good sign, but can always get you in within a couple of days, for whatever type of work!

If you need anything done PM me... I will personally contact Scott and give him a heads up... and just maybe you can get a small discount or price break on labor or something! I cannot promise anything, but it is worth a try, since I am unofficially their biggest advocate, and I send them a ton of business! Even without any special pricing or deal, their prices are very fair and their work is very clean and thorough!

  2. SPOTTED Unclemat at Fastrack today... he was having his new White LGT wagon's compression checked out by Scott and the boys... I stopped by to have my new (used) 18x8 PFF7s and 235/40/18 (brand new) Toyo Proxes T1Rs mounted/balanced and put on!

    Nice to meet you unclemat!

  4. Hey to th 05-06 Black LGT Driver I saw today-

    1:50PM Willmington, Ma

I pulled up behind you at the stoplight to cross over rt 125 in Wilmington. I Gave a wave but you didn't notice in your rea rview... Obviously you did manage to see me before the light turned green as you caught me by surprise when you ripped through the intersection and blasted up to your work (?) on the right. It was a quick little blast of excitement following you from the light but unfortunately you turned off right before the road gets to be fun and twisty. On my ride into work I usually drive an extra 5 minutes out of my way to take that road to where I work off of Ballardvale, instead of going one exit further north on 93 to get there. Do you work there?

  5. Saw a silver GT w/NH plates driving north on 95, by wakefield, around 2:00pm!

Also, a Black GT on 93 South five minutes later!

And I always check out the lovely Spec B on West Third St. in Southie... I see it Just about every night! I park further down on West Third, or in the parking lot off of Broadway!
