  1. These T1R's are pretty incredible in the rain... and with the amount of rain we've been getting locally, I am glad they are on the car! I'm not sure if I can classify them as equal to the GY Eagle F1 DS3's, but they are definitely close! Today the entire highway had 1/2 inch of standing water and I was fine... The Jeep ahead of me on my commute into work had quite a scare when on 93 North heading just out of Boston it swerved and did a 180, before it just barely tapped the jersey barrier, which caused it to spin around the other 180, and complete the full revolution, before driving on in the right direction! Yikes! I was plenty far back, and no one was too close to him, so it was all good! I gave him the thumbs up when I pulled by him... he was too shocked to take his white knuckles of the wheel, but his buddy in the passenger seat gave me the thumbs up back! Lucky all the guy needs is a new tail light!
  2. ??? I don't know for sure... maybe around $55?
  3. Anyone know the weight of the 18x8 ET51 Prodrive PFF7 made by speedline?
  4. Fastrack is the BOMB, and yes I use them for everything! I never go to a Subaru dealer anymore! They are very, very competent mechanics and do a ton of Subaru work! Look them up on NASIOC or on here and you should find a ton of good feedback! Every time I am over there at Fastrack (located in Peabody) there is at least one or two Legacies, WRXs or STi in the shop or in the lot! Scott is the Co-Owner and he is a suspension specialist, he has installed 90% of all of my suspension pieces and he does an excellent job with the installs and alignments! Both Scott and the other owner (I forget his name right now) are very hands-on guys and they are always involved with the jobs being done. Plus, they are both into racing and that translates well into their work, especially in the world of modified Subarus and other car manufacturers... All of their mechanics/techs are very competent and thorough! They do all types of subaru (and other foreign/domestic) service, from compression testing (ask unclemat) to clutch installs, bearing replacements, and even basic maintenance! They have very competitive pricing, nice waiting rooms and even a loaner car! They are always busy, which is a good sign, but can always get you in within a couple of days, for whatever type of work! If you need anything done PM me... I will personally contact Scott and give him a heads up... and just maybe you can get a small discount or price break on labor or something! I cannot promise anything, but it is worth a try, since I am unofficially their biggest advocate, and I send them a ton of business! Even without any special pricing or deal, their prices are very fair and their work is very clean and thorough! -Mark
  5. SPOTTED Unclemat at Fastrack today... he was having his new White LGT wagon's compression checked out by Scott and the boys... I stopped by to have my new (used) 18x8 PFF7s and 235/40/18 (brand new) Toyo Proxes T1Rs mounted/balanced and put on! Nice to meet you unclemat! 9. Hey to th 05-06 Black LGT Driver I saw today- 1:50PM Willmington, Ma I pulled up behind you at the stoplight to cross over rt 125 in Wilmington. I Gave a wave but you didn't notice in your rea rview... Obviously you did manage to see me before the light turned green as you caught me by surprise when you ripped through the intersection and blasted up to your work (?) on the right. It was a quick little blast of excitement following you from the light but unfortunately you turned off right before the road gets to be fun and twisty. On my ride into work I usually drive an extra 5 minutes out of my way to take that road to where I work off of Ballardvale, instead of going one exit further north on 93 to get there. Do you work there? -Sportwagon
