Search in the 5th gen main forum, there are people that have 2.5i's that bought aftermarket exhausts and had their local shop just weld a hanger on for them so they could have the dual mufflers.
-
Time to do the headlights, judgenot. Look up IDRVSLO (Scott), he'll help you out. Also, what exhaust do you plan on buying?

no window tint is just fine and
so any of u guys have an idea where i can get the roof wing? eBay. Search this site for roof spoiler for links.
oh and what kind of rattle can do u use to match up to cover the hidious holes on the front bumper? You want to spraypaint your bumper to get rid of license plate holes? Yikes...
Personally I would do something like this if I had those holes.

Has anyone spotted my old 2008 Spec.B that I traded in at Napleton Subaru in Rockford, IL? It was silver and had a touch-up painted scratch on the hood near the left headlight. Been wondering who bought it. Whoever got it got a Perrin crank pulley and Cobb springs for free as I did not remove them when I demodded it to trade her in. I think it left their lot earlier this year as I traded her in for my 2011 LGT that I have now back in December 2010.

^^^ very Nice shot!
-
You guys have trouble seeing when you reverse your ride?
-
very nice! what do you guys think of the chrome garnish for the trunk on our cars? my '08 impreza had it and it added a little bling.
No, no no no no no no!
-
Absolutely. Never know when you might have to travel (drive) somewhere that has snow!
-
Nice ride and welcome!
-
The answer to your question is: phenomenally (providing that you have a set of appropriate tires).
-
You filthy skimmer!
Yeah, so just head on over to this thread and look on the first page. There is a link to the exact one I bought, which a lot of people also bought. It's a 19MM RSB that is stock on an Outback, I believe.

Also in my thread over in the media section I also have more pictures and the link as well:

Get it, you need it!

I'd say the roads around my area, far NW suburbs of Chicago are actually pretty decent, with exceptions of course. And as far as winter goes I have my stock rims with blizzaks so that gets me through easily. I don't expect the ride height drop to really affect my driving in the winter/snow really at all. Blizzaks push me through it if there is any real accumulation on the roads in the winter months. The snow plows do a pretty good job of keeping it under control for the most part.

Sorry to see this! Hope you are OK and hope you can get it fixed up soon.

I agree with you there, 18's do look a little small. But whachagunnadoyaknow?
-
Are those 18's?
Man they still look small.
Yes, they are 18's. They are transplants from my 4th gen. I don't have the cash to go get a new set of 19" tires and wheels. These tires still have a year left on them and then I have the stock tires from when I bought the car to use up after that so my the 18's will have to suffice for a while...

Swift Sport Springs installed.
-
Well, how about this: you have the best looking 3.6R I've seen
-
OK, I can finally contribute to this thread. I JUST had my Swift springs installed and I also have a 19mm RSB (Subaru part) as well as a GT Spec Front Strut Tower Brace.
Only driven a few miles on the springs now but a world of difference after the install in handling, absolutely noticeable taking the first turn/corner. At this point I highly recommend them just from the feeling/performance upgrade as well as the look.
Pics of all 3 parts.

LOL, nice story
Great job with the car!

Nice, I see lots of love from Colorado on here, it really must be Subie central.
Last time I went to Colorado for skiing every other car was a Subaru Literally.
-
+1 for choice A.
-
Yup - just a personal preference. Had a 2004 legacy wagon in the lighter silver.
Be sure to get a clear bra kit installed to protect the front.
+1 for the clear bra! Also, silver is the easiest to keep clean - that is to say that even when slightly dirty it still looks clean. Your car will always get as dirty as any other car but the silver shows it a lot less. I got my AZ Blue because I had 3 silver cars prior to this so I thought it was time for a change

The blacked out grill looks very good on that color car.
