That's what I love about the LGT, no one really has one and the modified ones are few and far between. I see 20 STi/WRXs for every 1 LGT.
My experience is 50 to 1...at least.

Friday afternoon about 3:00. A stunningly beautiful brunette in an 08-09 gray LGT with the personal plate "KHRISTE". West on I-80 at Applegate. Looked like maybe a Colorado plate.

LOL. It takes me about two hours to find my jack.
-
So you did this mod "in an afternoon"?
I'm impressed.

New Years Eve at the cigar lounge. Had wild duck, pheasant, venison, and buffalo chili. Washed down with a wide variety of adult beverages.
Smoked a 2005 Fuente BTL, Tatuaje Cojuno 2009, and an OR Cubao Lancero.

White LGT going West on Shenandoah Rd at Steiner Rd. at about 4:00PM. This is just SE of Plymouth.

If this thing can also add another 10 hp or so that would be an added bonus!
I'll take two!

Any idea what mello roos is out there?
From an article dated 06/09:
Fiddyment Farms
The Orchards,Taylor Morrison has a nice product. Right now, they have one of their larger homes ready for an immediate move in with $20K in move in incentives but the associate said she could double that with a well qualified buyer. It’s the Pistachio, lot 21, 3446 square feet, http://www.sacramentorealestateviews.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/taylormorrisonfiddymentfarms-thumb.png two story, 5 beds, 4 baths. No HOA and Mello Roos is $168 a month.
That is a great deal if it’s got a $40K incentive. Combine that with tax incentives and you’ve got a large home in a great community for much less than market.
Bella Terra at Fiddyment Farms, the KB community, also had the same story as JMC Meadowood. Small price increases, very little standing inventory, 90 to 100 day build. Models range from 1272 square feet to 2586 square feet base price ranging from $260,900 to $314,900. Mello Roos at $180 with no HOA dues.

2000, white LGT at Apple Mountain Golf Course. Talked to the owner and his girlfriend. Said he bought it used and currently has 182,000 miles on it. His girlfriend wants a new one. Liked mine. Didn't get his name, but he lives in Placerville.
