I had to cut my bolts off.. there was no chance that it was going to come off, I stripped the nuts with the breaker bar first..

Sexy wheels! I do love the front part of the lip. I'm not so crazy about the little wing piece on the corners/edges. Not too noticeable, but overall very sweet!

Boo.. those bolts are rusted on tight.. I was going to do it to try it out... maybe when I change my oil I'll zip them off with the air compressor and put new bolts in.. hmmm..

The person said whole seat.. the dealer doesn't sell each control unit separately..

I can give you the denso part number if you want.. it's just in the bottom of the seat. Last time someone told me is that they do not order those separately.

Just a post... I may be looking for just a passenger black leather power seat. Tackling some issues with just the passenger seat. I have 2 pristine black cloth non-power seats from an 05. In Boston, MA. Or might end up swapping seat parts and have a power cloth seat, but in need of air bag / occupancy detection system.

Are these power seats?

I'd love to swap for black power leathers if someone was close to Boston. Just want the seat adjustment for the height of the front which you can't do with the cloth.

Seeing as it's the same tint I think Pikers has it at $180 if it can even go lower.. I am seeing if the price can be matched/beat Wonder how much warmer we should wait, with all this cold weather the tint will take forever to "dry".

Okay I got an initial quote for 3 or more of us from the shop that did a few of my cars in the past here in Natick. $225 a car for the 5 windows and a tint strip. Using Suntek window films and lifetime guarantee. I emailed him back asking if we get 5 or more etc if he can drive it a few bucks lower

A whole day? No way, more like an hour, two hours tops if he's slow.

We need an OBP meet.. haha.. I want to stick close to 35% or maybe 40% myself, OBP is going to look pimped. I'll post if I get a response from the other guy.

Any reviews on them yet? (Solar solutions) Did a google, but couldn't find any reviews. $250 is high, back when I did my Evo it was $220, and other shops were $160-180. Maybe "inflation" or higher prices for films now. I'm still awaiting to hear from the place I got my cars done a few years back. If they don't come back with a good deal I think I might be in for Solar Solutions.

I got a response already.. very fast with the email. Unfortunately price is a little steep again. $250 for all the windows and a little tint strip on the front window. I can call them again and ask for "group" discounts if we have enough interested. I think I *may* have to call the place in Natick again and ask them what their current pricing is.

Just because you haven't seen anyone being pulled over in an escalade doesn't mean they don't do it. On my evo I had exactly 35% I have been checked twice and even contested it once when I was pulled over. Sucks.. so I'm going to err on the slightly lighter side and not even going to bother going darker than the limit.

Yes, I've heard good things about them as well. I'm going to see what kind of quotes they have out there, and perhaps any discounts for multiple cars. We should get in on it together, I'll PM you when I hear back! The local guy near me in Natick did an amazing job on all my cars, but I'm told that it's a new tint installer now, different brand.. and price is higher, so it's turning me off.
