  1. I have to do another update soon. But I will be 5-speed-less in the very near future. My car is up on the lift as we speak over at EFI Logics in the midst of an STi 6 Speed Swap... 2007 STi 6 speed and R180 rear diff with 39k miles, drive shaft from a 90s automatic Legacy, 07-09 Spec.B rear axles, Perrin STS and Shifter bushings, ACT clutch & stock STi flywheel, Group N Tranny and Engine mounts, DCCDPro DCCD controler, etc... so car/motor has 104k miles and tranny will have 39k miles They did a compression test and the stock motor that has been VF52 powered since 63k miles on, still has 140psi on all four cylinders gonna keep running her. (I blew 5th gear in my 5 speed if you wanted to know what spurred me to undertake the swap...
  2. Spotted a silver 05-09 LGT sounded like it had exhaust and had an STi sticker on the trunk. Was on main street in Woodbury, CT. I gave the thumbs up but dont know if you saw me. I was in a red dodge Dakota towing a black ford F350 down the road with a tow strap...
  3. I didnt notice one way or the other. a guy in his 20s or maybe 30s was driving with another person in the passenger seat. It was right near the TD Bank and the stop light. I was headed east they were headed west
  4. The other day saw a silver LGT wagon that looked lowered driving down main street in Woodbury, CT. I was in a 98 red Dodge Dakota and gave you a thumbs up as I passed you by
  5. starting my 6 speed swap after I lost 5th gear on Tuesday in my 5 speed. Already picked up an 07 STi transmissiion with shifter linkage, flywheel, clutch slave cyl, and R180 rear end. I ordered the DCCDPro controler. Just hunting down the driveshaft and axles now. I was told also that any 97 to 04 Legacy driveshaft will work as well... Anybody else confirm or deny this? I am assuming I will have to fork out the dough for brand new rear 07-09 spec.b axles so I want to try and find a used driveshaft rather than paying 700 bucks for a brand new one. Also will be doing Group N tranny and engine mounts as well as an ACT Street clutch with stock flywheel. The tranny and R180 came off an STi that had been rear ended and only had 39k miles on them
  6. my spec.b will be at EFI Logics for the next few weeks for the STi 6 speed swap
  7. 07+ spec.B in that dark metallic/grey silver color on 84 east in CT outside Brookfield area. I pulled up next to you to waive but you were in conversation with another guy in the car so I just put the loud pedal down and kept going on my way.
  8. spotted a dark silver spec.b on 84 east in CT around noon time. Rolled up next to you to give you the thumbs up but you were engaged in conversation with the other dude in the car so I took off and continued on my way
