im not going to comment since i am just learning how to tune but wait till you see what a difference the 1mm pill makes in spool time. hitting target boost is a whole lot easier -

05+ Driving on thin ice/snow

my wifes 2005 2.5i does not have vtd and is a 90/10 split. also no rear lsd. only the 5speed autos in the 3.0 and 2.5gt/xt have vtd. now the 2010's might have vtd but they also only come with a cvt. -

my wifes 2.5i legacy 4eat has the same symptoms just not as pronounced. no rear lsd but if you give it to much gas the rear end will come out on you while not turning. my 2001 forester 4eat had a rear lsd and did the same thing. im pretty sure its the automatic tranny that does this. -

my 2001 forester did the same thing and my 2005 obxt also is tail happy. i also had snow tires on my forester. im almost 100% sure its driving style. also you have the remember that 2005 and up autos are rear drive biased. while its only 55-45 it still has the tendency to shift more power to the rear depending on throttle position. now most of the other awd systems are fake and basically front wheel drive which is why the tail does slide out. all i know is i drove a FWD car for the 1st time in 4 years yesterday(2009 mitsubishi galant) and i can never go back to FWD again. the handling is totally unpredictable. -
