  1. With the $1500 budget you can definitely make a significant improvement on how the car drives. Check out the bilstein b6 struts. They will be a great alternative to the factory set up. And at least pick up some white line sway bars.
  2. This has happened to me twice. It's really not that difficult to remove. The threads aren't in there very tight obviously because the base is gone. I have used a long flat thin piece of metal stock, stuck it down in the hole and just unscrewed it.
  3. I'm using the thermal zero blankets on the up/down/turbo in my car. They do the job well. Been holding up well since JMP sent my turbo to me...
  4. You didn't fill up in front of Walmart did you? Had a case like this with my car and ended up with 3/4 tank of bad fuel.
  5. I'm probably asking something that is already been discussed and my search had come up empty. What are you guys doing as far as using a samco or venair bpv hose connection to the valve itself? I still have my oem hose but I've went as far as hooking everything up to just take it all off again to use the oem part. Thanks for any ideas
  6. I just checked part numbers and it comes up WRX and Legacy fitment on a few sites.
  7. Oem is cheaper, fits with no changes. I like the perrin inlet also, but it costs twice as much.
  8. ^^SBT is correct about the joints being an un replaceable part of the oem shaft. a few companies make a shaft that's repairable like it should be..Dorman comes to mind
  9. sitting on my porch having my before noon sip. and up comes the fedex man handing me a single envelop with the incorrect address on it, turned and said see ya later. calmly I say, this should be almost 26lbs. long pause and I have my intercooler right afterwards. lesson learned that using fedex in OK sucks. had three deliveries come in questionable order this past week alone. despite box being scuffed and tossed a bit the part is fantastic. thank you Matt and your team! this thing makes the original part look anemic. will be installed in a few days
  10. there's a filter in the pump housing. why not replace just that? 42072AG140
  11. cant wait for one. in for pricing and a real need to get rid of my stocker
  12. Turned more than that. Went over the situation and what I think happen was the the board I was blocking the fins on the radiator hit the brace. Then subaru gets more money from me
  13. My clamp slipped off and moved more than a 1/4 inch. More like inches. Lined it up. valves are f'ed. Need a new cyl head or valves together. I posted in the turbo legacy section, so if any one can can help me figure out what to do please help. Thanks.
