I don't remember the name of this square with the fountain but its right next to the palace. Lots of guys smoking weed like it was a cigarette right infront of cops and people....

this should be in UK england.......cause i remember being there before going to my year 12th year at school - and i just remembered, it should be National Gallery on the outskirts of Hyde Park in central london. upon which, LSE, Kings and Imperial college (parts of London U) should be on the other side of hyde park if i remember clearly.

when i went to the netherlands/holland, i saw someone rolling their own cigs - forgot the "teenage street term" - in some plaza. i was amazed. i was espically amazed when my parents walked me through red light district in netherlands... those "coffee shops":eek:
