The creaking is back and it sucks ass. I took it back and the service manager was going to call Subaru to see what they can do. I can see myself trading the car in if this can't be fixed.

Ok, I just got back from the dealer and they fixed the problem. They replaced the back rest frame and repaired a loose hinge on the seat under warranty. It's a 2009 Subi and Go Subaru on Arapahoe (Colorado) took good care of me. All i had to do was call the service manager after the failed first attempt. Stoked.....

My 2009 Legacy has 20,000 and the driver's side creaks. I took it to Go Subaru off of Arapahoe and the paper work read: "normal leather creak-put noise dampning materials on" I called the sales manager today and we're going for a ride during lunch. I'll keep everyone posted......
