Judging from the angle, looks like the top of Twin Peaks/Diamond heights, where the Sutro Tower is. My sister lives around there so I've looked from that vista point before.

What you mentioned about i do that anyway, i'm talking 'overall framing and composition of my picture, stuff not having to do with selective cropping, but choosing a scene and deciding what elements i want to include/exclude and where i position them in my picture. You know, the creative stuff
