  1. What size? I’m not sure if the 19mm-20mm they have is bigger than the one I have. Unless I have the same 16mm the Outback has.
  2. I do wonder what difference the Sport has from the regular Legacy. Subaru's site doesn't mention anything about that. I'd love to tighten up the already stellar handling on my '24 Sport and was looking into swaybars or even a strut brace.
  3. 2011 RWD Ralleye with the Pentastar V6. FBO and protuned by Hemifever. It was nice smoking hemi chargers while getting 30mpg highway Ran Sailun Ice Blazer WST1 on the car during that famous blizzard that dumped 70-80” in Buffalo. Got about 50” in Rochester and the Charger didn’t skip a beat probably the only car I kept for 100k miles.
  4. Yeah. I have ran plenty of snow tires on my Charger and Focus ST. the CrossClimate blew them out of the water in everything except packed snow/ice. I was extremely impressed. here we have a bunch of slush and wet snow, which is where the water shedding of the CC2 shines. if I lived in Vermont, I’d have studded tires because the ice is real over there. tldr; the CC2 are like 80%+ the performance of a good winter tire and much better than a cheap winter tire. I don’t have a garage and I always liked to be prepared. I’m near Rochester and it was in the 70s in January then we got ice and snow in February. We get 4 seasons in one day sometimes.
  5. No stranger to trucks and lifted jeeps here. I have no qualms with running 18s. Just that the Facebook marketplace is flooded with 17x8 sti bbs wheels. no matter what, I’m running either CrossClimate 2 or Cinturato Weatheractive. Had CrossClimate 2 on my Crosstrek and it was a tank in the snow here and in VT. My dads f150 with studded snow tires had a harder time going up the driveway.
  6. I’m in Western NY right in the snow belt with occasional trips to Vermont.
  7. I wouldn’t mind a set of 18s but there are vastly more choices out there for 17s, including the RPF1 in black which I had on my Crosstrek prior to this. Unfortunately not the same bolt pattern. also 17s are cheaper and deal with potholes better.
  8. Wasn’t sure if the 23-24 legacy sport has larger brakes. I see so many 17” sti bbs on marketplace and was wondering if 17 would work on my 2024 Sport or does it have to be 18”?
  9. I’d get a V1 Gen 2 but hey… $$$ and the R7 has been great to me. It’s not as visible (I’m deaf). Is the V1G2 eye catching? I’ve been running my coiled wire to the glove box and got used to it.
  10. Yeah. This is what I did in my Crosstrek but the wiring looks completely different on my Legacy. I think it has to do with the new rearview mirror or something.
  11. yeah. I dropped my beam a little bit and it did help. I plan to drop them slightly more. The high beam intensity is nowhere near what I’m used to though.
  12. So beautiful and exactly what I wanted to see!! My car is silver so those would look great!
  13. On a side note. Should be ok going to 8.5 wide and 245 with the stock 55 offset or do I need to go to a 45 offset?
  14. The ones I see floating around are these. For that price I could get them and have them powder coated black.
  15. I have a mirror mount for my Uniden R7 radar. I also have the Mirrortap that I used on my previous Crosstrek. However, this is my first Eyesight vehicle and don't want to mess anything up with that system. Does anyone know if there's switched 12v by the rearview mirror? If so, which wires can I put the pins in from the mirrortap?
  16. A side view please! I would love the Rays STi wheels myself but way too expensive. https://www.sti.jp/en/parts/wrxsti_va/wheel/ST28100VV420/
  17. Wish the high beam was bright. Anyone do anything about it?
  18. Just picked up a 2024 Sport. My area has a lot of the 18x8.5 sti wheels on Facebook marketplace. I know the OEM 225s are too narrow. Does anyone have any issues running a 245/45 on 8.5 wheels?
