New here so forgive me if I'm repeating a tired topic. My 92 Legacy has an idle issue. Sometimes it idles just fine. Other times it idles high and other times it oscillates from high to low to high. I've read that it may be a dirty throttle body or that it might be vacuum related. Can I get a little advice?
