  1. Horn was quick and easy. Relay was getting no ground control signal. Popped of the airbag and found the connector unplugged. Connected and tested and the relay was getting signal but contacts not closing. Popped in a new relay and hors and good to go. Should have mentioned I am a licensed mechanic, although not the most knowledgeable in JDM imports. Luckily this shares almost everything with the domestic version.
  2. Yeah I looked up the part number and it appears to be to OE coils. Looks like someone removed the boots and chacked the mounting bracket and added wires.
  3. So markings on the wires say NOLOGY, HotWire, Made in USA, SUN. They have a wrap around them that is grounded to the heads as well. While inspecting I have also found that besides the HKS suction pipe it also has an HKS catted downpipe installed.
  4. So here is the part number on the coil. Looks like the wiring was just re-routed to where the remote coils are. Connectors appear to be the same ones that would have been installed on the COP coils.
  5. Ahhh, yes those are coil packs. I was a little curious about those as well. I will try to get some better pictures and maybe part numbers or something tomorrow. I'll check the wiring too and see if it is factory or if they were spliced in.
  6. Yes, the car is RHD. Imported from Japan. Bought it in December, landed on Feb 3rd, cleared customs on the 8th. As for the box where the air pump is honestly I'm not sure, this is the first Legacy I have owned, first Subaru actually. Where would the air pump normally be located?
  7. Just picked up from Canadian Customs (who somehow lost the car for 2 hours...long story). 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.0GT Spec.B Tuned by STI. Car has 140,000km. Somehow the underbody has 0 rust, everything looks factory brand new. Body is 9/10. Interior is 8/10, has some wear on drivers seat and steering wheel, and a couple very small cracks on the dash. So far has been a great car to drive, no issues, absolutely no leaks which was surprising. Only thing left to do is wire up some DRLs, and figure out why the horn doesn't work so i can get in inspected and registered.
