Randomly blows the fuse for the shift lock. Have to carry fuses in the glovebox.

Replaced fuel filter. It turned out to be fuel pump. Pretty simple fix.

Driving home from work and the car just died. Motor starts but sputters and dies again with any bit of throttle. Like it's not getting fuel or spark to all cylinders.

Yep... It was the old alarm that I don't even have a fab for. I removed it and patched up the wire splice. Problem solved. Thanks!

I have the same car and exactly the same problem.
