I have a. 2004 Legacy and I can not get it to pass inspection because every time it gets plugged in for admissions is is tripping new codes. When the codes are reset new codes pop up with out repair to previous codes. Could it be the computer (ECU)? And is so can I put a used one in it from the same make, model, and year?
