It's called good business and being a good human being. You were in the unknown as was I, which seems like you were in business of offloading a part b/c you have no use for it anymore. This is not an attack on you or what you've sold in the past. It's a general guideline for anyone who is new to the subaru community and to understand you might be selling something that has never been installed or tested for defects. You won the case b/c paypal didn't refused to accept my outline of the damaged parts.
