2019 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited When I turn the HVAC system to "Off" AND I'm driving - heat still is being blown out of the center dash vents. Is this normal? In the old days [many years ago] when the heater/AC was turned off no air moved out of the vents [i.e., "Closed system"] If this condition is normal, do you have to keep the system on "Auto"??
