Replacing the transmission mount and removing the heat shield got rid of the noise and a lot of the shaking but some of it came back after a while, I will check the diff bushings

I drive a 2002 legacy gt wagon and when I take my foot off the gas pedal above 2000 RPM it sometimes jerks the car and the RPMs bounce around in a 50-100 rpm radius around where it should be. This is accompanied by a grinding noise which I am pretty sure is caused by a bent dif or tranny mount. vid of the issue:
