I had mine painted gloss black...no real decent pics anymore...

Nah, I didnt want to paint the roof - that would devalue the car later on.

Not necessarily true. I've blacked out the roof of my last few cars and have never taken a hit on it.

Its just a stick on vinyl that has paint-like look.

I thought of going this route once, but it never had the same gloss as paint. I wanted mine to actually look like it had a panoramic roof...weird part was when other Legacy owners asked if it was glass.

u can actually polish it to make it really shine.

Might want to contact the manufacturer of the vinyl to check that. After I had my car vinyl wrapped, I called to see about waxing it and they advised me not to.

Can parts for a GT be used on a non GT Legacy?

Depends on the part. Engine parts, no. Appearance & suspension, yes.

i love the front bumper i feel a conversion coming if i can find somewhere to buy that bumper and ship to us

Pretty sure it would be more than a bumper conversion. I think you have to do all of the front end to get it to line up correctly.

Where did you get the black grill??? I LOVE it!!!

I think ikonosin and a few others have painted the grille with plastidip.

Great! That plasti-dip is strong stuff. I'm still holding out some hope of a decent after-market grill showing up (I am not a fan of the current batch of mesh fill openings, I'd like a little more style).

But the cup holders hold smaller cups. Comparatively in starbucks terms, there are no venti cups in japan. Grande is the largest they got

Yup. When it's clean, it looks great...too bad it almost always looks dirty

Thanks! The most needed mod on these 5th gens is lowering. That alone would make most of them look good (I say "most", because there's no helping Caramel Bronze Pearl)

That's odd. The Kartboy end links DO work. I installed them with my Whiteline '08 WRX/STi 22mm RSB.
