Hello, i have question about automatic gearbox for b13 2.5 165. 2 weeks ago my transmission had issues with p0700 and p0768 codes. I cleaned them and all was ok for next 1500 km. I was to the dealership and they reprogrammed the transmission. My problem was when i drive the car i feel like a little kick from behind when it,'s on 4th gear at 120km/h with a little bit pressed pedal. Even when i rise my foot from acceleartion on 40-50km/h i feel a few little kicks again, and it appears when i press the pedal. So yesterday after overtaking it shows again the same codes. But this time on the dashboard i have abs and traction on with blinking cruise. Even if i clean the codes the dashlamps're on. The permanent code is p0768 and says that my shift solenoid D is the problem. On the picture is my old gearbox. I know the middle left is the solenoid for 4x4. Is it the bottom right with orange circle the solenoid i'm looking for and need to replace? Thanks.

Problem solved! All was because i took gear box from car without traction control button down in the left side of steering wheel. We took down back side of both gear boxes and took parts from my previous gear box and we put them in new second hand gear box. The camshafts from rear side of gb were different! On picture you can see in left side my camshaft from my previous gear box, and in right side is the other one. What a difference... Even i took and installed from partscar his rear diff.

Update : At this moment i did not recieved message from m sprank . I did wheels change but still nothing . I spoke with mechanics from Subaru Service and another one who repair automatic gearboxes in my country and they said that i have two options : 1 - i need to put down my new second hand gearbox and i need to take from my old gearbox pinions and to swap them with pinions from my second hand gearbox ,but before doing that i must calculate how many tooths have both pinions . 2- i need just to change my rear diff with rear diff from the car where we took gearbox and problem will be solved . All we speak about is because of different gear ratios . I hope this will be the solution i need . Soon i will change rear diff and will write feedback what happened !

Hello everyone and greetings from Bulgaria, i have Legacy Wagon 2.5 165 2005 year with automatic gearbox. One week ago my transmission had a problem and on dashboard, i saw abs, cruise, traction and check engine lights on. I shutted down engine rapidly and ran a obd scan. I saw errors p0732 (gear 2) and p0700. I took decision to take the same 2.5 second hand automatic gear box from friend's subie junkyard. After installing the new second hand automatic gearbox and changing front diff oil + gearbox oil and filter with brand new 4x4 doesn't work. I feel only FWD... and my AWD dashboard light flashes. I have the same make tires and they're worn ~ the same with 2.3 bar front tires and 2.2 rear. We opened my sh gear box and took from my previous one solenoid, that we heared it respons for AWD-rear diff. The result i think was much better for short time, but after few mintes with AWD again AWD light was on on board and the car become FWD again. I ran again obd scan even with flashing AWD light, but without errors. What can be the problem? Tomorrow i will change my worn summer tires with my winter tires set, but i dont expext something to change. Is it possible to be because of not connected abs sensor? Any suggestions? Thanks!
