zepplinluvr2
Qoea anybody have experience with this kit? Will this kit fit in a 2005 legacy gt wagon?? http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=200842248096&cmd=VIDESC I'm about to buy them and install them. Its a. G6 HID KIT WITH PROJECTORS, BALLASTS, SWITCHESFOR ANGEL EYES AND DEMON EYES. I think the link I sent is without projectors, but the kit im buying DOES come with ballasts. 2nd question: is this a true hid conversion? Or is it just a stock replacement, that just has angel eyes and demon eyes?

mk6933
If you want a retrofit, I say go with TRS Morimoto QuikRetro. There is a group buy going on.

zepplinluvr2
Well I hope this kit I bought works. I spent $40 today and bought it. It's got a little extra "flare" with the angel eyes, and demon eyes but I think they'll work pretty nice. HOPEFULLY.....I know how those eBay products can be crappy. Got a friend coming over tonight to help me do it.
AkumaMax
I was also going to suggest TRS. BTW that kit would not work good even if they were H7's They are BI-Xenon. Witch means both Low and High beams come out of it. We have 2 separate lights for low and high beams.
zepplinluvr2
OH, and the kit I got is the G8 kit.
zepplinluvr2
What can I do to make it work? Is it JUST the bulbs? It's not in the projector itself right?
zepplinluvr2
Ok, so here's a better question. The ballasts, projectors and everything are set up for bi-xenon, so why can't I run some custom wires and KEEP the bi-xenon and have dual out put for my high beams? I'm sure I could run a wire from my high beam switch, somehow (maybe), then to the hgih beam switch on the projector and have the high beams on the bi xenon come on when I hit my high beams on my switch? Please forgive me if this is a silly question, I'm new to this.
