KeyLimePi3
Well, I had an 06 spec b for a bit and sold it. It was a fantastic car and I enjoyed it, however I missed my wrx wagon, on top of that my gf is starting rotations for her last semester of nursing school, so getting rid of the car payment will help with the monthly cash flow. On to the car! It's got a pretty big list of mods that I'm just going to copy and paste to here to make things easier: Specs: Body: 1998 Legacy Brighton Wagon @ 196K chassis mileage JDM projector headlights w/ eBay HID kit Hella fogs (one has a cracked lens but works great) JDM sidemarkers JDM power folding mirrors (operational) JDM taillights and trunk garnish Complete roof rack Outback grille Outback front bumper conversion Not installed but included is a GT/Brighton front bumper that needs a respray Drivetrain: 2001 JDM Forester XT EJ205 swap with roughly 70k on the engine, 100% stock, never over stock boost New radiator 10k on NGK plugs 70k mile Legacy 5MT trans Kartboy short shifter and knob KYB GR-2's Whiteline lowering springs Custom Borla cat-back MB Weapon 17x8 et35 wheels with Fuzion ZRi tires 235/45/17 Stock 14" wheels with near new Yokohama IceGuard snow tires Not installed but included are STi swaybars Inside: Alpine headunit with iPod integration Prosport column mounted boost gauge (orange/white) Gauge cluster/dash lights converted to orange bulbs WRX Momo steering wheel JDM Legacy RSK driver's seat (very nice and comfortable) Custom heavy duty rubber floor mats Keyless entry Cold A/C Pics: http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab97/herald_c/7C373BF6-1495-4FB4-BA6C-B544121C767E-6250-000008FE00021D1A.jpg http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab97/herald_c/3B538C1A-BE04-446D-BEC6-AAD0D8B8B51D-6250-000008FDFCE8BFD2.jpg http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab97/herald_c/9032A91D-F8F4-4522-9962-1AB3CDCB2D33-6250-000008FDFB251C53.jpg http://i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab97/herald_c/9DEAE897-79D4-41C5-855F-942BD81D5B08-6250-000008FDF6EC1D82.jpg

spooln30
What hood scoop is that and did that hood have one or did you just add it? Also did you gut your radiators cap? Just a thought cuz I know if you keep our radiator you'll need to take the spring out. Clean swap btw.

monkeyposeur
Looks like the scoop was added to a non-scooped hood. You can see where they sawed out the old hood. I was wondering that too.

Yeah the hood was cut, not sure on what scoop it is exactly. I might try and find a gt hood to replace it. Overall the car runs great and I got a sweet deal on it. I got some extra parts with it as well. Only thing the car is missing in cruise control. Really no where to mount it, maybe in the fender, but with me just using it to DD to/from work it's not a huge issue. Now that I no longer have the car payment I'll have some money to save every month and maybe make this thing a total bad ass
