ir2005
I've looked all over and used Google to try and find a write up for the intake removal to get to the tgvs. I've done the obvious unbolting and disconnecting sensors, fuel lines and the coolant reservoir. The intake manifold is loose but wont come off completely is there something else im missing? It seems like something is holding it down. any ideas or anyone know where a write up is? and like ive said I looked every place possible and searched. any help would be great thanks! rhino6303
Did you use the factory service manual? Search for "vacation pics" and use the fsm.

wurkenman
Please do yourself a favor and search. You are going to want to take pretty much the entire intake, TGV's etc all off as a complete unit. WAY harder the way you are going about it. Fuel lines, coolant lines and a bunch of other things are routed around and through all of this crap. Most likely the fuel lines are holding you up. If you woke up today, you have another chance to do it right.
