Nitto Tires

I've never driven on them but these don't look like they'd do well in anything more than lght snow.

If you're looking for some cheap winter tires, look for General Altimax Artic.

General is owned by Continental IIRC. Contis have always been good to me. soft, but good to me.

I've had 2 sets, 17's and 18's. They do surprisingly well in snow. I've driven thru 6inches for 20mi multiple times without fearing for my life. They will serve well as a year around tire if you only get a handful of snow days a year. I'm pretty sure they are made in the USA too.
