A father of three choked to death as he tried to eat a McDonald's cheeseburger in one mouthful, an inquest has heard.

Darren Bray, 29, of Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, blacked out as he ate the 99p burger following a night out with friends in October 2015.

Cardiff Coroner's Court heard Mr Bray, who had been drinking, but not enough to affect his judgement, died from a blockage to his airway.

A death by misadventure conclusion was recorded.

You Could Go To Prison For Performing Oral Or Anal Sex In Michigan

A Michigan bill designed to keep pets out of animal abusers’ hands is bringing the state's unconstitutional sodomy ban to the forefront once again.

Sodomy bans, which outlaw anal or oral sex, among other sex acts, were ruled unconstitutional in 2003 by the Supreme Court's decision in Lawrence vs. Texas. While a majority of U.S. states removed the anti-sodomy laws from their books, Michigan is one of 12 to have kept the language intact 13 years after the ruling.

Jennifer Null’s husband had warned her before they got married that taking his name could lead to occasional frustrations in everyday life. She knew the sort of thing to expect – his family joked about it now and again, after all. And sure enough, right after the wedding, problems began.

truncating that name would do everyone a favor.

In an attempt to put the fire out, he drove his van back and forth over the flames.

This made matters worse, as the tires of the van caught fire. Realizing that the van was loaded with firearms ammunition and a full tank of gas, the driver evacuated the area for safety.

A crew from the Liberty Fire Department responded to make sure the fire did not spread. It was unclear what type of ammunition the owner had in the vehicle.

The deputy did not immediately cite the owner, who declined to make a report for a possible insurance claim.

A woman and her daughter were charged with incest after getting married in Oklahoma this year, authorities said.

Patricia Ann Spann, 43, and her daughter Misty Velvet Dawn Spann, 25, were married in March, police learned last month while conducting a child welfare investigation. Authorities later found out Patricia Spann had married her son in 2008, who filed for annulment 15 months later citing “incest.”

The motivation behind the marriages is unclear.

Both women appeared in Stephens County district court on Wednesday, the Associated Press reported. Under Oklahoma law, marriage between close relatives is considered incest whether or not a sexual relationship exists.

Patricia Spann told child service investigators that she had lost custody of three children, who were adopted by their paternal grandmother. She reunited with her daughter two years ago, the AP reported. Spann said she thought it was OK to marry her daughter because her name wasn’t on Misty Spann’s birth certificate.

Both women are being held on $10,000 bonds
