has anyone ever seen the usage of a flat splined style sway bar on the back of a legacy body or even an impreza body for that matter? after looking at mine the other day is seems there is so much wasted air space around our sway bar and it is unneccesarily(sp?) twisted and protruding into nothing.

something like that, almost infinitely adjustable and can be had in any length/diameter/thickness to accomodate any and all vehicles. minor fabrication skills at best. relatively easy to install, the rest is just tuning.

im gonna be honest jeffy, an idea like that has been on mind for a long time. the problem is in the part you think is easy though. the tuning of the bars twist strength and the arms strength is the most important part and not an easy thing to do. But for the diffuser to be built properly that is something i have been thinking of doing for awhile

not specifically mopar, although there is a fond love for them in my heart and a hemi tattoo on my chest, more of just a car guy in general and worked for a while at a racecar fab shop. this is the same type of setup that is on the front of my buddies 67 gto with alot of custom to it. necessary to accomodate some extra space to move the rack and pinion setup as far back as possible after finding some geometry issues that were causing a little bump steer.

i didnt mean that exact kit, but you get where i was going with it.

dustin are you concerned about the strength of the factory arms being able to deal with the amount of load a sway setup like this could create or do you feel like you would overpower the sway setup? like i said, as im sure you might know, you can get the bars and arms in an almost infinite amount of combos to dial it in to the Nth degree. and if youve got the time and spare parts (read:$$$$$) you can have optimal components to switch and swap for perfection at any track you go to.

i have already reinforced my factory mounts but if i went with a setup like this those would be replaced pure and simple. and if your talking about the factory control arms? yes actually i am. but i don't need much more than what i have now with the avo sway in the rear. but all of this is irrelevant with the 295's now. the amount of grip i have gained just from using the invo's is absolutely insane. the stress load on all of my factory parts is in heavy question thinking about what it will be like with the nt05's when i get back to washington.

if your name is boxkita then i have already explained to you the idea i decided to go with on the fenders. also started the chassis brace+fender mount and rerouted the factory harness and stuff a bit
