aguyinthesky
So my leggo has rust underneath the molding i need to remedy. I have a friend that has a bodyshop to do a proper patch, no bondo bullsh*t. But i might just get rustless doors from a leggo wagon at my buddys junkyard. Does anybody know if all 4 legacy L wagon doors will b a direct fit to my 2.5gt sedan? Both same year

johnegg
the rears might match depending on the year, but you will have to swap the glass. the roof line on the sedan is different than the wagon so the window glass is different . but if you swap the glass the corrct year will swap in no problem. as far as the doors matching, 95 - 96 will swap and 97 - 99 will swap, but there is a line in between. TexasLegacy2.5GT
Also there is a door latch (97-99) on the later models on the bottom Corner that the older ones do not have: http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee134/Rubenjc111/A4D0AB83.jpg It's on the bottom corner of the door. aguyinthesky
Well my bd is a '97. The wagon is a '97 also. So hypothetically all four doors will fit given i swap the glass? Is the latch on the wadon or sedan?
aguyinthesky
Well how hard is it to swap the glass?
twisty
Well how hard is it to swap the glass? skinny hands, 10mm wrench and a bit of time and patience... or you can pull the whole regulator and split it that way. i tried both ways, driver side without pulling the regulator and passenger side regulator out. they both were a PITA, and both were equally time consuming.
