Anyone ever use these?

I was wondering if anyone had ever used these arms rather than just the whiteline bushings to adjust the rear camber. I've got the whiteline bushings and doing my alignment immediately after putting them in was fine but then about 3 months later I had to replace my steering rack so I did the alignment again. I was getting to ready for a track day so I decided i'd change the camber a bit more negative and I couldn't get them to budge hardly at all so I'm looking for an easier solution to adjusting camber without dropping ~$500 on the whiteline arms.

I could take pics but it would just be them in a plastic bag. I took a chunk out of my finger via razor blade last week so I havent put them in yet. It'll be a long day when I do since I have the whiteline rck to install too. And oh yes I will be sure to do that,Dont want them seizing up on me after they go through winter.
