respect23
So I finally swapped my seats for black. But the passenger seat which came from an 05 LGT has didferent plugs than my 06 seat. What am I missing here? Maybe the harness is missing? Or is there something I have to swap or rewire? Any help is appreciated guys. Thank you! respect23
A little bit more info. I can't hook up the weight sensor, seatbelt chime and one more thing. The harness on my 06 seat has different plugs. I think I need the harness that was in that seat. Plugs into a grey socket
knittel
Weight sensors are different, the 05 uses one in the base of the seat and the 06+ has a bladder under the pad of the seat. your best bet is to pull both your 05 and 06 seat bases completely apart and swap the bladder and "brain" (the little box all the wires go to). I also had to swap the female end of the seatbelt between the seats. I put 05 seats into an 09 so it might be a little different.
respect23
Why would they do that on just the passenger seat? The driver seat was all identical. What's the best way to pull off and attach those rings? Because I had a lot of trouble taking those off and I can't imagine putting them on being any easier.
