 Agreed! I'd send it to you for free but it now has a spec.B badge that has had the privilege of being affixed to the front of this mythical model, and due to that I must keep it at market value - I'll have to PM Dr. Sharp to determine value...

They made a replacement lip for me while they still had the mold along with the rear deck lip. There was a problem with the mold release on the original 3K they made me, so I had another made in 12K which is pictured above. They fixed the 3K one they built first, and 06spec.B on here snatched it up. I tried to convince them to do a GB for 10 or so and they are just overwhelmed with production work. I was in there yesterday and they are working on airplane and helicopter landing skis for snow as well as their wheelchair they developed.

The minimal orders they received for automotive stuff (they did some CF hoods for Supras and a few other projects) just didn't work out as they spent too much in development and had to sell at a loss due to the market price required for these things to actually move. I'm still working on him to do some CF side skirts to tie in with the front lip.

He's working on a personal project with an early model chevy truck (full CF fenders) so he is pretty easy to tempt with some side project cash at the moment, and still has the molds, so if you really want something I'd contact Marcus there and see if he can pop one out for you.

Updates in mod list above...

Waiting on delivery of the short shifter, WC Lathe Werks knob, and Redline Goods boots and armrest cover to arrive and once I install them, I'll get some proper interior shots.

Also trying to make time to do the headlights, OEM grill (for winter), and the rocker chrome strips in a charcoal metallic paint close to the wheels. I'll install the foglight housings when I have the front bumper off for the headlights.

Sways, ELs, and reinforcement brackets from the Infamous GB will arrive soon, then off to PC (same color as wheels). Clutch has to be replaced ASAP and then it's time to figure out what I'm doing for winter shoes.

Rev 2 of my Infamous tune came and I'll be loading and logging this evening!

Stage 2 tune completed :D

Infamous group buy goods received and heading to powder coat. Installing the STi 5MT short shifter while I'm waiting on the bars and brackets to get done. Also going to wire up the Escort X50 in the Blend mount that arrived for a stealthy installation.

Redline goods confirmed shipment went out yesterday and AVOJDM is sending my dual console box and JDM engine bay covers. Once this phase is done I'll be working on procuring the PW TMIC and TXS CBE. Also need to get some winter wheels/tires setup before the weather changes late October or so - worst case I'll PC the OEM spec.B wheels and get some more 18" studless tires (mine were shot after last season) but I'd much rather sell these wheels and get some 17s for more tire options and a little more pothole protection.

Also will be doing some paintwork on my OEM grill and applying a Doc Designs emblem overlay on it to match the rear emblem, and pulling off the front lip and putting on my backup that will be painted.

I do want to... although I have extended family in town and a BBQ at the parent's house that night - I'll text you if I can swing it. I am hoping that we can make it over to the event on Sunday in Tumalo I got an invite for though!

Some of your mods I will be taking the ideas from :p

Mainly suspension and maybe some engine bay (spec b battery tie down, plate across the snorkel)

But man, I havent done it yet, we should really clear our corners! Sticks out like a sore thumb!

If/when I do that, im debating on whether to paint the bezels black or not

I'm really happy with my suspension setup. Only change I want to make is valve the Bilsteins to match the Swift spring rates and refresh them. May grab another set used and send them in. All the WL bits made a huge difference in handling and steering. Still need to install the sways (even without them it's pretty planted).

I need to get some current engine bay shots up with the JDM covers on - really completed the look until I get a PW TMIC and install my Subtle alternator cover. The Infamous on the snorkel is just a vinyl decal - no plate on that.

I agree on the headlights. I'm looking at replacing the front bumper which is when I'd tackle the headlight clearing and I definitely want to paint some of the housing (although it's intimidating with how thin the chrome is if you want to mask any of it off). Needs to happen though! I'm sick of the amber and chrome on the front!

Your car is coming together nicely. Next year I'll probably wrap up with the turbo and fuel mods - may go 68HTA since E85 is local - but still leaning towards a 16G or VF52 like you did with full fuel and E85 for a great DD setup without torturing the block too much. Still need supporting mods before that though. Boost gauge, TMIC, and clutch should get me where I want.

I noticed you dont have the spoiler. Did you prefer it that way?

But thanks, I did power before handling because turbo blew  But I couldnt be happier now. And yes, the only thing stopping me from tackling the headlight job is taking off the front bumper. I just cringe at the idea!

But keep an eye on your pm box, because I am sure I will be asking questions regarding your suspension set up !

Sounds good.

I would not have bought my car if it came with the factory wing. Had to be wingless. After adding the CF trunk lid lip I love the lines!

Met a newer member yesterday and he purchased my OEM springs, so we took the opportunity to take a few pictures together.

Here's Winged vs. Wingless w/ Lip side by side

Thanks. Just dropped the Hotchkis bars and AVO brackets off at the powder coaters this morning. More "speedway black" on the way. Also pulled the trigger on the JDM one piece visor GB that Subimods is doing. Won't be able to do racks, but with the amount of water that gets in the car during winter months due to the frameless windows I had to do it. Trips up to the mountain will have to be in the Murano, or get a ride with mattg since he's always up there anyways :D

I'm super happy they found a great home!

I did FINALLY sell the RE30's... took a monster loss on them but they went to an awesome gal... They'll be rolling on an '09 Spec B :)

I'm anxious to get the car back for sure even though I definitely need to build a motor and solve the whole cylinder blowby 1 qt of oil per 1000 miles burning issue... and more power of course LOL!

Congrats on the sale! Those were nice and glad they ended up going to another spec owner :D

Lousy news on the motor - but sounds like while you're doing it you'll be future proofing for more power which is always fun! Looking forward to seeing updates!
