Max Capacity
Totally depends how RPM's when driving. I will average anywhere from low 10's to high 20's. When I first went stage 2 I thought something was wrong....turns out I was just having more fun! Yep, been there, done that. I find I have to stay off the back roads... jschuk
My driving varies between 5700-5400ft elevation (my commute is 5730->5410->5820 over 8.5 miles), and in the burbs traffic flows decently with not too much stop-n-go. I fill my tank to full plus two more pump clicks, and drive it just below the E. 2009 OBXT 5MT, factory RE92@2psi over recommended. I keep up with traffic and drive in the left lane if I can help it, but I am not driving like an a-hole. I do coast to stoplights, and down hills. Lately I haven't been that fast off the line as I have been trying to see how good of mileage I can get, plus I am taking it easy on the new shortblock/turbo. I almost always have the car in I and will use S# to pass. I know this one gas station that always pumped 15.5-16.0 gallons on what should have been a 15.25-15.5 gallon fill-up so I stopped using it (even though their prices were always .02-.03 cheaper). I ended up finding out that another person complained about that same gas station.

Every pump/dispenser has a meter in it which depending on state/federal laws should be calibrated every 6-9months or so. Usually these things are dialed-in fractions of a percent of a gallon, but it can go either way giving you more gas or dispensing less than reported. Also most US dispensers max out at 10 gallons/min of dispensing, never really hitting that. If you go to pump and it's flowing slowly that's a clogged fuel filter, again something supposed to be replaced often but something that is seldom done. /End boring info rant

JWA2008LGT
Went Stage 3 recently and (I believe) the associated tune is giving me better mileage. I went from 23-25 (hwy) to 25-26.5... It's only been a few tanks, but I notice a difference. I also notice the biggest thing to affect the mileage is my right foot...
blazeWRX2002
I average around 25.5... I think the real question is the fual to air ratio. Saubaru's run rich from the factory about 14.7. With mine dialed in at 15.2 it is much better while cruising.

xt2005bonbon
Just came back from a dowhill mountain biking slash camping trip. Drove a total of 1100 miles. Average speed on freeway: 67 mph speed. Got like 20 mpg with two fairly big bikes on the roof . I did an interesting test though: I was behind a tall RV driving around 70 mph for about 5mn. My mpg average was around 24-26!! As soon as the RV exited the freeway, went back to 20 at the same speed!! Crazy. This is probably my last trip with bikes on my roof.

Kookookachew
May have broken a record with the LGT. On a mostly highway drive ~70 mph on my way back to school with the car loaded full of college stuff I managed a blistering 35.66 MPG!!!! Interestingly enough my trip computers readout after the trip was 31.5, but when I filled up in town at school I calculated it to be 35.66! And the trip wasn't entirely smooth either, at one point driving through Fort Drum NY and Canton NY I had to deal with construction traffic jams. (About 15 mins each). I've included some pictures, both of the trips Avg. Readout with the trip in the picture, and a pic of the gas receipt after filling up. Just so you guys dont think I'm full of it... Pako
^ That's incredible! My last take averaged 14.22 mpg. I was in S# most of the time. I am trying to run in Intelligent mode on the Si-Drive this tank to see if I can break 20 mpg. This is all around town driving, no HWY miles. For whatever reason I find that unless you get close to 10 gal there isn't a good measure FYI if your computer and actual are off its a cheap way to determine your I injectors need cleaning. uncle humjaba
My computer is about 1mpg optimistic. I usually get about 21mpg driving from school and back (about 5 miles of 40mph, with 4 stop lights). 25 on the freeway (60-80mph) and teens when I'm greedy
2_point_5_GT
16.8 with minimal highway driving (less then 5 miles before my exit)...took a trip to North Carolina to see my buddy in the Marine Corps and it was 25.4...not too bad.
