I read a lot of the threads on this site, don't really write much, but have to say this is one of the more entertaining ones I've read in a while. Its got it all....except for pics of porschechick's rims. It ended up working out for the better that Tide didn't remove "her" posts after all.

I drive by this wheel repair business everyday for work. The amount of high end cars in their parking lot amazes me because the building/property is nothing special at all. There's never a day you don't see several Merc's out there.

Sigmafour, I'm glad you wrote about your experience and it sucks how it turned out for you. Your misfortune has probably saved me from a terrible experience....

My wife had the same exact thing happen to her. She damaged the inner part of her Jetta's passenger OEM front and rear rims driving over a pothole. We decided taking them to a rim repair shop would be better than paying the $500 for two new OEM rims. The first place that came to mind was the Wheel Repair Specialist. I figured if that place was good enough to do all the luxury cars I see in their parking lot then it'd surely be fine for the Jetta.

After reading about your experience, we took it to a business up in Manchester NH yesterday and got her car back in about an hour...without further damage.

Why would my post NOT be a good idea? Seriously? Why wouldn't I want to give a good company a great review? I drove by the shop last week or the week before and they had $300,000 Ferarri in the shop. I see a lot of high end cars scattered through out the parking lot quite often. If they are so "SHADY" then why do they continue to get repeat customers and high end cars? You should really think before you open your mouth about such topics you DON"T know anything about! :p

I would advise you to stop digging your own grave.

False reviews are easy to see....and in you're case, its dead obvious.

You are an employee, owner, or family of the shop in question.

I have a great idea....how about instead of trying to play super secret person on the internet to cover up your mistakes.....you actually fix them.

You fail. GTFO

The quality of those wheels were horrible and had to replace them often because the pot holes would break the wheels constantly.

I am almost thinking tomorrow I might be ready to uncover the wheels I put out of sight after I got them back mid June, and throw them back on the car. What's going to upset me again is to find out the wheels are no longer balanced because of all the banging about and grinding marks on the edges. Actually I might not be ready... just thinking about the 'professional curb rash' I've paid to have put on those wheels is making me mad.

How about this.....you can all kiss my FAT @SS and make it a L♥VE story........You men are so thick headed and small minded I can NOT even believe it. If you have NOT had work done at this shop.......SHUT UP.....If you had a bad job done......sorry for you....People and businesses do make mistakes.......but don't be an @SS for me stating a fact, voicing my oppinion and giving them a good review. I stand my ground and I will NOT back down.

We understand that businesses make mistakes from time to time and that's fine. The problem is when they don't respect their customers, don't fix their mistakes and in this case, acctually made the problem worse when they did a half assed job trying to fix it. Busnesses can make mistakes, but a good company will always make it right in the end.

Thank you for downsizing the font and speaking with a level mind. Well said! :D

Porschechick- Would you please at least answer my questions since you are so determined in making an honest opinion stick?

1. Why did you come on here just to post about your experience? Seriously. Odd to suddenly have someone who loves Porches come on a Legacy site and post nowhere else but this thread. Please, just give an honest answer.

2. Do you have any connection at all to this dealer? ANY sort of ties to them? Honest question again, not attacking. Simple and straightforward. If you want to defend this business so badly, you need to at least be truthful what your vested interest is. Or at least fill me in what would make you post so passionately.

Again, all I'm asking for is an honest answer, nothing more, nothing less. No side bars, no bashing, no agendas. Just a real answer. :)

Please PM joeleodee For All Site Questions. He is the acting Admin and can resolve anything related to LegacyGT.com

What's with the anti-men sentiment in your posts? For all you know half of us could be girls, it's a forum all you have are usernames to go off of. That said, I don't understand what you don't understand about our skepticism. Let me try to spell it out for you.

1) Based on your username you drive a Porsche

1a) This is a Subaru forum, specifically a Legacy forum

2) You came out of nowhere shortly after this thread was created.

2a) How did you find it? Do you regularly Google the names and addresses of places you do business with? I could see you looking for directions except you already had the address if you found this thread and anyone could find this place given its location on Route 1 so that explanation certainly wouldn't fit.

3) You posted vehemently in defense of an establishment you are supposedly a mere customer of.

3a) Acceptable defenses would be, although still mysterious, something along the lines of "I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience but I just thought I would let you all know that I have been a customer of theirs for awhile now and have always had a good experience." Nobody gets as crazy passionate as you did about defending a place without a vested interest in it in some way.

4) You keep coming back.

4a) If you were truly a happy customer trying to share the fact that you had a good experience and nothing more, you would not persist in returning. You would have had your say, maybe come back to see our replies, and thrown up your hands in disgust at our lack of appreciation of your point of view. Every time you've come back has just been another nail in the coffin, when combined with the other reasons for us to be skeptical, on the matter of whether we think you're involved with the company or not.

5) The Pink Font

5a) Nobody's going to take you seriously with that pink font. Its a joke.

All that said, if you are truly serious why don't you come back with a rational response, in a reasonable font color (black is nice if you want to be taken seriously), and lose the 14-year-old girl symbols you're tossing in.

If it is a woman, then I am going to suggest it is Patricia. Joseph Morneau's missus. AKA the legal owners of "Morco Enterprises" the so called company behind The Wheel Repair Specialist business extraordinaire.

As stated, there is no other reason for such an impassioned foot stamping and postulation of innocence unless you are directly related to this business. People and businesses may make mistakes Mr and Mrs Morneau, but the nasty temper and attitude coupled with all the now very well demonstrated shady and poor customer service leave no one in any doubt. I gave you a chance to repair the damage you caused the first time and you actually made more of a problem and permanently damaged the wheels appearance, none of that can be disputed and yet you blame me for doing it myself? Right. Good one.

A real business that actually cares about their work and customers would not have got themselves in this mess simply because they wouldn't have to. Only a business who knows they operate a bit of a dodgy deal and has some holes to plug would make this much of a fuss and be so stupidly obvious on a forum like this. As Fahr_Side from this forum says - Never pass up a good opportunity to keep your mouth shut.

words we can all find applicable really...

why don't you stop posting now and just go away?
