Stang70Fastback
Have you looked at the swaybar endlinks? The bushings on those like to wear out.

brokentv
what would be the second thing to check if you have new sway bar end links on.I also have a rattle/clunk when I hit descent sized bumps my guess is left front strut.
monkeyposeur
A bad ball joint was giving me a clunking sound when I hit potholes and bumps. Check for that too. Yank on your wheel and see if there is a lot of play.
NewLegGT67
Subscribed - I also have a clunking sound in the trunk when I hit bumps. I'm probably the only person that has Wu-Tang Clan and Paul McCartney on their mp3.
subikid90
Check you sway bar mount under the trunk pan, I broke mine off a few months ago. I have seen the bushings tear apart also leaving room for the sway bar to clunk. -Subikid90 1997 Legacy GT 5spd & EJ251 w/EJ25D heads ~10.5CR 1998 Legacy GT Limited waiting for EJ22T hybrid swap
