dspurgin22
Just picked up a Perrin shift knob up directly from the Perrin world headquarters over here in Oregon. They cut me a pretty sweet deal of $30 when they usually retail for $54! It matches nice and blends in with the rest of the interior. Lovin' it so far! There is no way to attach the boot to the knob, so I took a half inch of 1/2" PVC and used that as a spacer between the small lip on the shifter itself and tightened the new knob down on top. Worked out pretty well!

rhino6303
What is the weight of the shifter knob? Is it delrin?
dspurgin22
The knob weighs 5.4oz, they also offer a fatter one that is 6.8oz. They are also height adjustable, not sure what its made from though.
AkumaMax
What is the weight of the shifter knob? Is it delrin? By the looks of the picture it seems to be Delrin.

HDZ32
This looks really good! Obviously there is no way to make the actual boot "connect" cleanly to an aftermarket knob, so I love the little spacer you made, and I imagine the white on white looks even better. awesome idea!!
