97GrandTouring Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 Hey guys I have a question about my 97 Legacy GT sedan. As I was driving my car home after purchasing it a few months ago, the check engine light came on. I ran a diagnostic as soon as possible, and found that cylinders 2, 3, and 4 were misfiring, as well as bad EGR flow. Cleaned the EGR valve, put in new spark plugs and wires, and had the codes reset. About a week later the light came on, ran another diagnostic, cylinder 2 still misfiring. I think it has low compression as well, as the motor shakes pretty good. I'm going to a friends to do a compression test tomorrow, any ideas on what the issue is? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
