TRSCobra
UP/DP/intake/Tune/bigger F/TMIC or any combination of that as long as it includes up/dp is a good definition of stg2? That, or just have a catch-all "stock turbo" category.
timbo7
yea you should be able to trap much higher than 99mph. at least a 102 with the mentioned mods. even more with an infamous tune. i just went stage 2 last week with a dp and an accessport tune. shooting for a 13.5 or better. i'll post it up by saturday i had about 6 runs and i couldnt even hit 99. i doubt id be able to get 102. post up your results when you go. BDII
There are a lot of factors that determine how fast you will run. You can't compare your times, apples to apples, with other cars and drivers. There are people on forum that could run a stock legacy at stg2 numbers. The best you can do is work on your individual technique. Need forum help? Private Message legGTLT

So true.. and to add to that, environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, elevation, and track condition can make or break a good time. lol
BDII
The best drag runners I know are constantly checking tire temps/conditions/pressure, engine temps, oil wear, fluid temps, diff temps, trans temps, track temps, pit temps, barometric pressure, humidity, fuel atomization... the list is endless. The best advice I can give is ask the people who know the track questions, a lot of questions. like which lane runs the fastest, which pits are the stickiest, what the weather is etc etc.. Brett
nice run, I wonder why my mph was so low. Maybe im a slow shifter....idk What kind of 60ft are you getting? i had a best 60ft of 1.919. then i had two 2.0's. i can't get my launch down. that's the best i've had yet. based off these times, the launch makes a big difference in the end. and shifts make a huge difference too. Turkeylord
Turkeylord, What did it put down at RS? Sure you could of gotten a 12.9 or so out of itWe didn't get it finished while I was down there - he had missed an alternate wastegate table in the tune. So unfortunately, no number My best 'segments' of the day add up to 13.05, but a 12.9x might be doable...
