iSooby
I've got a 1997 legacy gt. Ej²5. Looking to get horsepower out of it but trying not to break the bank or rip the motor apart. I know the motor can't handle forced induction due to high compression so turbos are out of the question. And every cam or stroker kit I've seen is 1000$-3500$! And I have no idea which brands of performance chips are legit and which ones are scams. I'm not looking for insane HP and torque gains. If I got am extra 25-40hp out pf it I'd be a happy camper:) so please all digestions and ideas are welcome. Help me out!!
1055
Supercharge it. If youre handy, you can diy for just about 1k. Run 5-6psi and call it a day. With supporting mods, you should be able to get 25-40whp out of it all day long.

iSooby
I can't afford to super charge. Would prefer to keep it N/A any way. Looking at I'm looking into doing things like CAT removal, throttle body spacer, Header, C.A.I. or ram air intake. Things like that. Minor mods to give it just a little more kick.
