3.5 years and 99,998 miles later ( I bought it with 2 miles on the clock), I finally tripped 100K on my Legacy 2.5i. I have to say it was fairly uneventful lol.

Up next ill take it in to the shop, once i get a time slot and reseal the oil pump, do the timing belt and water pump, new cam seals and valve covers. Then ill need a new pitching stopper and ill probably press out and press in new LCA's (AVOs of course). Then its time for fresh Extra-S all around with Stock struts and H-Techs. Then on for another 100K :), I reckon in 30K miles ill need to swap out this LGT clutch pack for another one and possibly rebuild the gearbox to address a center diff bearing issue.

No real increase in NVH either.

Nice! I'm only at 46k on my '08. And 100k on stock shocks!? Mine were giving out on the Epics around 40k!

Yeah I attribute that to driving the Interstates 90% of the time and not the terrible bumpy roads of NoVA. I expect the stock KYBs to last 35-40K with the H-Techs, what do you think ??

Ah, I see. Then I attribute my premature wear to the Swiss cheese roads of NJ and NY

I think you'd fall in love with your car all over again if you put in some Koni's ;)

I would but price wise and usage scenarios don't justify it. If i could find a good deal on Koni's would the rates of the H-techs mesh well ??
