Light problem

I believe I've asked this question before. But anyway I have a problem with my passenger side lights. I recently bought DDM tuning HID lights, which are great by the way. However sometimes the passenger side one doesn't come on. The HID kit before this one had problems with the passenger side light not coming on as well. Also the fog light on that passenger side will never work, I always switch out bulbs, and they will work for a little bit then go out. Could this be some kind of corroded wiring problem on the passenger side of the car? If so you know how much it will run me to fix this problem, at say a Subaru dealership....something like that. Thanks guys.
