Osei Posted November 14, 2011 Share Posted November 14, 2011 In some Subies when you disconnect the battery (probably yours too), you have to reset the system. There may be a label on the radiator support to say this. You have to find the valet button. May be near the OBD port. You hold the valet button in for @15 secs, till the doors start to lock cycle. They will do this 3 times. Release button and push the lock button on your remote( you do have one ?) This programs the remote to the car. If you have other remotes, push the lock button within 15 secs of the last. You will have to do this any time the battery is disconnected, or buy one of those cig lighter units that keep the system energized. O. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
