TRS
I know it's anal, but the bare bolt heads on the front of the driver's seat rails bothered me so I painted them. I figured I'd just scape them up if I removed, painted, and tried to reinstall so I painted 'em in place after placing masking tape all around. TRS
Really anal would have been cleaning the dust from the rail and picking every last dog hair out of the carpet before I took the picture . With a tri-color beagle his white, brown and black hair will always be visible, no matter what color the clothes, carpeting, furniture, etc. are. John M
I think it's a great idea. There's no reason for naked bolts in a $30k car when they were covered in my $17k Eclipse in 1992.

TRS
were these not painted from the factory? Mine are. Only with a dab of blue on each one. Means they were checked for proper torque or something?
PGT
yes, and by undoing them or painting them it shows the seat has been tampered with. I don't care....I pulled the seat to install the sub. Some people get all bent out of shape over warranty issues.
