Rolo Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 Hope someone can help I purchased a 2002 Legacy GT coupe 5 speed with a dead engine. I went to an engine supplier and told them what I needed and they sold me an engine. I took the the car and the engine to a mechanic and he installed it. The engine comes on and such but the car has no power. He has removed the CAT thinking it was clogged, and he has changed the fuel pump thinking its not getting enough fuel. He has checked the timming and apparently the rules of TDC do not apply to Subaru at least thats what one mechanic said. I brought it to the Subaru dealer and they cant seem to pinpoint an issue. What could be the problem??
