blaze741
my 09 2.5i uses 205/50/17. I think my speedo from the factory was 1-2mph faster. The LGT's using the same rims came with 225/45/17. These two tire sizes are stock from the factory to my knowledge.
krzyss
225/45R17 should have been OE on GT but 215/45R17 was. Krzys
iNVAR
Why do you say that? I have 225/45, swapped them out when I bought the car. But I do notice the sidewall sticks out a bit more than I'd like. 215 squares things up nicely.
soloz2
205/50 17 should do nicely. That's what is stock and what I run for snow tires. I'm running 225/40 18 for summer on my 06 2.5i Current: 16 Crosstrek Premium w/ Eyesight & 05 Outback XT 5MT Past Subies: 14 FXT Premium, 14 WRX hatch, 06 Legacy 2.5i SE 5MT, 98 Outback wagon
Dacaveman
http://www.willtheyfit.com/ It will tell you what your speedo will read if you change the wheel and tire size. You can play with it to get close as possible.
