bicycle_wreck
Just placed an order for one of these kits over the weekend. I had PMed Jeff for the plans a few months ago but never got around to building my own. (Thanks for taking the time to put the materials list together and sending it to me). Fast forward: did an oil change this weekend and was going over the car like I usually do, and saw that my TMIC is starting to separate at the corner near the inlet (same as everyone else). Hopefully I'll get the kit soon so I can go ahead and resolve this issue.

bicycle_wreck
Installed the kit on Saturday. Despite the power going out about halfway through the process, I managed to get everything sorted. Also removed the boots off of the throttle body hose and replaced the clamps with T-bolt clamps. I managed to get the stainless steel zip ties fairly tight using some needle nose pliers to roll the end of the ties. Probably not as tight as using the zip tie gun would've been, but these rails aren't going anywhere. Used a punch to lock the ties. In fact, the only rail that wasn't hammered in place with a dead blow mallet was the front passenger side rail (the short one). I can still move it up and down on the TMIC, but not side-to-side. I assume this is normal. Thanks to BarManBean and SeeeYa for getting this kit to market.

amm203
Recently went Stage 2 - loving it so far but hitting around 17-18 psi. I don't see any separation happening yet but I'm gonna take it easy until this kit comes back into stock. Keep me updated!
bretts05
What an informative and entertaining read. I pretty much got nothing done at work today, haha. I bought a beautiful '06 LGT spec.B a few months ago, and this will be the first mod done to the car. I have plans to install a catless UP and get a pro-tune in the very near future. This mod will give me peace of mind. My order has been placed.
