wow man data logging is SUPER easy on a friggin scooby. i downloaded openECU which had the drivers for the cable, then downloaded the enginuity software. i literally installed the stuff, then plugged it in and it all worked.

sweet man! i appreciate this. i went out today to get some logging done, and didnt even get a single run of c02 in. my tank was 1/4 full and it sprayed for a total of o 5 seconds before the rest came out as just gas. boooooooooooo.

 

i am going to try to get it filled tomorrow.

^ I'm too much of a beginner to be able to offer good advice on datalogs - post-up in the "datalogging basics" thread, and you'll get some good help. Let others know what you're looking for and the specifics of the CryO2 system, and see if they can offer some good suggestions.

for that i know what i am looking for. i want to see a drop in temperature on the IAT sensor. when u r driving at it is reading 55 degrees as it is, it is going to be interesting to see what readings it will give.

^ It'll be interesting to see what kind of an effect the CO2 has, for sure, on IATs.

 

The sensor is far upstream - but there have been more than a handful here who have said that by the laws of physics, cooling the TMIC should cause a temperature-drop to near-ambient at the intake air temperature sensor, near the airbox, very quickly. It'll be very cool (no pun intended! ) to see if this theory holds-out.

ron, u gonna be callin me to do some logging? my night was pretty messed up. was waiting around till 9 to see if u would call b/c i had nothing to do. then went to play poker w/ friends. then i lost all my money in a short amount of time. then my friend whose bf's shop we were playing at called me and she wanted me to pick her up but then hung up on me and i called back no answer. she started to walk home at 10.30 when it was snowing at night. pure b.s that he would even let her do that so i got in my car and went there. she wouldnt get in mine b/c she was being stubborn and said she didnt care what happened to her. i stayed and drove along side of her and didnt let her out of my sight. i walked back w/ her for the last bit of it after parking my car then kept her company.

yeah, I finally got some datalogging done.. thanks Brian! My car seems to be running quite well. I think a protune could squeeze some more out of it safely but its still running pretty good.

negative.... that crappy night w/ her was friday night. kinda wish you had called friday so i could have avoided that whole mess. i was nothing but nice to her too and her nor her bf have spoken to me since friday. i make sure she doesnt get rapped..... and i am out in the cold. love it.
