amorgan93
I had to replace the TPS on my 1990 legacy, how do i adjust it? What should the voltage be at idle, and what should it be a WOT? Its a 4 pin connector, so which pins do i connect the multimeter to? thanks
GTTuner
Connect a continuity meter between terminals 1 and 2 of the throttle sensor Hold throttle closed.Continuity should be present.Insert 0.028 in (0.7 mm) feeler gauge between stopper screw and stopper Continuity should still be present.Remove 0.028 in (0.7 mm) feeler gauge, and insert a 0.035 in (0.9mm) gauge.Continuity should not be present. Is readings are not as specified, loosen throttle sensor securing screws and rotate sensor until reading can be achieve
