GEE-OTTO
What short shifters work with 4th gen 2.5i 5MT? ALL STS will work in the 2.5i that work in the 2.5GT. Kartboy with bushings is a good setup AVO is a good shifter, COBB if you can ever find a used one is great.
soloz2
good to know. It seems Kartboy is the most popular and it comes with bushings so maybe I'll hope I get enough for Christmas to get one . Any other bushings that don't come with the Kartboy I really should replace while I'm installing? The pivot bushings and the control lever bushing should firm up things and I believe you can get a bundle from KB that has them all included:). One other change that isnt expensive would be to swap in a beefier pitch stopper the stock is plastic and flexes under spirited shifting
